Winter cleanup continues to absorb the unsold inventory as the supply of new resale listings drops during the winter months. The cleanup prepares the market for a jumpstart of Sales Activity Intensity™ in the first quarter of the year, as each new resale listing will receive a higher concentration of interest.

We are ending the year where we started as interest rates lower into the 6’s.
Going into 2025 with a lower interest rate projects a higher number of transactions as more buyers enter the market.
